I lavoratori e le aziende potranno creare dei profili altamente personalizzabili ed avranno a disposizione video di 20 secondi che saranno visibili scrollando nella home (ordinata per trend o recenti grazie al nostro algoritmo proprietario) per mostrare il proprio talento o la propria realtà.
Entrambi saranno concorrenti e giudici di questo Show, potranno commentare, interagire e mettere like alle migliori performance degli utenti.
Il premio, come ogni Talent che si rispetti, è trovare la miglior azienda per un lavoratore o il miglior lavoratore per la propria azienda.
La killer feature dell'app è la sezione Progetti, in cui gli innovatori hanno a disposizione 3 minuti di tempo per presentare la loro idea rivoluzionaria e attrarre nuovi finanziatori.
