คำอธิบาย
Tanto pelo site da Aclamit quanto pelo aplicativo, os moradores, síndicos, conselheiros, funcionários e prestadores de serviço do condomínio podem realizar suas tarefas e organizar suas rotinas de forma simples, rápida, eficiente e acima de tudo de qualquer lugar e a qualquer hora.
Os recursos disponíveis vão desde a simples gestão dos boletos em aberto quanto à abertura de portas do prédio usando as integrações disponíveis no aplicativo. Tudo com o mesmo login e senha, recebendo pushs para questões mais importantes, acesso online e em tempo real.
Com o APP Aclamit , a vida em condomínio é muito mais inteligente.
Funcionalidades (variam conforme o plano habilitado):
- cadastro completo de condôminos, seus veículos, animais de estimação e outros moradores da unidade
- comunicação entre síndico e moradores com controle de pendências, grupos de discussão, achados e perdidos, avisos, manutenção, etc (com moderação).
- reservas no salão de festas, mudanças e outras agendas,
- acesso ao regimento e demais documentos do condomínio,
- boletos das taxas mensais - prestação de contas interativa mês a mês com anexos dos comprovantes e aprovação online da pasta
