Репутация в Norm - субъективна. Каждый пользователь видит то, насколько другой “norm” именно для него. Поэтому разные люди, заходя на один и тот же профиль, могут видеть разную репутацию.
Социальная сеть предлагает новый подход к продвижению как брендов и бизнесов, так и личных блогов - качество и практическая польза вместо продаж. Система продвигает только тех пользователей и бизнесы, чей контент, личность и продукты оцениваются другими как полезные.
Миссия Norm заключается в том, чтобы создать для каждого персональный фильтр всего ценного вокруг, и помочь людям объединяться на основании реальных интересов и предпочтений, а не формальных признаков или желаний рекламодателей.

- Самое большое и долгожданное (по крайней мере, для нас) обновление norm!
Мы убрали инвайты и сделали регистрацию открытой. Вместо инвайтов теперь отметки доверия. У вас есть возможность выбрать нескольких пользователей, за которых вы можете поручиться. Отнеситесь к выбору серьезно — это публичный знак доверия, а от репутации людей, которым вы доверяете, будет зависеть ваша.
Также мы с удивлением обнаружили, что люди очень не любят негатив и болезненно реагируют на анти-карму и дизлайки, из-за чего этим функционалом практически не пользуются. А его использование часто вызывает конфликты. Поэтому мы убрали шкалу анти-кармы и дизлайки. Вместо последних мы добавили возможность скрыть посты из ленты, если они вам не нравятся. Алгоритмы это увидят и учтут.
А еще мы полностью переписали функционал загрузки фото и видео. Теперь ваши публикации должны загружаться быстрее и без ошибок.
Наверняка мы забыли рассказать еще про что-то, потому что правок было внесено за это время очень много.
Но самое важное то, что мы вернулись (хоть никуда и не уходили), и это обновление — только начало большой модернизации norm к осеннему перезапуску.
