VISIÓN
El lema de PBP es “Give and Grow”. El eje principal de nuestra organización es: “Cómo puedo ayudar a fortalecer los negocios de los demás miembros”.
Al cumplir esta premisa garantizamos que el “Give and Grow” sea mucho más que un slogan y se integre a nuestra esencia y a nuestro quehacer cotidiano. En el acto de dar y ayudar a otras personas crezco como empresario y como ser humano. 3 principios básicos.
REFERIDOS
Generar referidos de calidad para los miembros del grupo. Esto quiere decir, referir clientes potenciales que puedan llegar a convertirse en negocios reales. Los miembros de PBP no tienen obligación de referir a otros miembros del grupo. Cada uno debe hacer un esfuerzo para ganar la confianza de los otros y que los referidos fluyan naturalmente. ¡Los referidos hay que ganárselos!
MENTORING
El mentoring es un beneficio «exclusivo» para los miembros. Al ser miembro de PBP, tenemos acceso a solicitar asesoría en temas particulares a cualquiera de los miembros. Estas asesorías serán gratuitas en función de que así lo acepte quién dará el mentoring y en la medida en que no afecte sus intereses empresariales. Eventualmente, como consecuencia de sesiones de mentoring, podrá darse que se contraten servicios entre las partes, esto es totalmente opcional y válido. El mentoring es gratuito y es sólo entre los miembros del grupo. Solicitar un mentoring gratuito para un amigo, familiar o cualquier otra persona que no sea miembro de PBP se considera una práctica que no se fomenta y es no es aceptada en nuestro entorno professional.

Promover espacios de Formación y Jornadas de Capacitación Empresarial, enfocada al fortalecimiento y mejoramiento continuo de los negocios de nuestros miembros
