Description
El obejtivo de 2wayalert es contribuir con el mejoramiento de la seguridad del cliente, incorporrando un canal de comunicacion que permetira establecer un vinculo rapido con el cms a traves de la utilizacion de un programa agil, rapido y eficiente.
2wayalert utilizara un nuevo canal de comunicacion que consiste en la implementacion de un software de ultima generacion, que podra ser descargado desde la tienda disponible en su servicio de datos, el cual permetira alertas sobre situaciones de inseguridad o utilizar servicios conexos en linea de manera rapida y sencilla.
este sistema es de muy facil utilizacion debido a que ante un robo, asalto, hecho sospechoso o ante cualquier sutiacion de emergencia, el cliente podra enviar un aviso que sera recibido de inmediato por el cms, reportando el incidente conformo el protocolo que se acepta por separado.
a traves de 2wayalert, el cliente denunciante podra poner el conocimiento del CMS cualquier novedad que pueda considerarse una situacion peligrosa, o frente a robos, asaltos, incendios u otros incidentes que afecten su seguridad, para que desde alli se actue en pos de brindar una repsuesta inmediata a la emergencia.
de la misma manera le permetira al cliente el control de su trayecto en la via publica, cuando asi lo desee y por medio de un control de tiempos de llegada y/o desvio del camino pre-establecido. podra a su vez controlar la seguridad de su grupo familiar y/o vehiculos.
