Description
Igualmente, la aplicación reseña las condiciones del tiempo atmosférico, a través del registro de las variaciones de la dirección y velocidad del viento, de la presión atmosférica, de las temperaturas, la radiación solar o las precipitaciones; fenómenos medidos al instante por el propio Puerto en su estación meteorológica situada en los muelles de Raos.
Otro de los contenidos relevantes de la aplicación es un servicio “port-view”, a través de la conexión a un grupo de cámaras de video que, orientadas cada una de ellas de manera diferente, captan y transmiten vistas en directo del Puerto de Santander, permitiendo contemplar al usuario desde la entrada a la Bahía, a las actividades que se desarrollan en los muelles de Maliaño y Raos.
La aplicación también proporciona información sobre la pesca que diariamente se comercializa en la Lonja de Santander, señalando la fecha y la hora de la subasta, el nombre del barco, las especies capturadas y el volumen de éstas expresado en número de cajas. También se ofrecen datos (fecha y hora) sobre la previsión de próximas subastas.
Finalmente, a través de la app, el usuario tiene acceso a la comunicados y noticias que puntualmente produce por la Autoridad Portuaria de Santander, así como a una atractiva galería de fotografías históricas fechadas entre 1861 y 1950.
