Schritt 1
Alarm wird ausgelöst.
Der Alarm wird direkt z. B. von der Leitstelle oder dem Prozessleitsystem aktiviert. Innerhalb weniger Sekundenbruchteile werden alle Teammitglieder über die App am Handy in Alarmbereitschaft versetzt. Im Falle einer Netzwerkstörung fährt das System automatisch auf die Rückfallebene zurück und verschickt die Alarmmeldung unmittelbar per SMS.
Schritt 2
Teammitglieder werden informiert.
Neben dem visuellen, pulsierenden und akustischen Alarmsignal, erhalten die Mitglieder eine kurze griffige Problembeschreibung sowie ggf. Lösungsempfehlungen direkt aufs Handy.
Schritt 3
Rück- und Statusmeldungen in Echtzeit.
Teammitglieder werden über die Alarmierungs-App zu einer vorausgewählten, individuell einstellbaren Rückmeldung aufgefordert, z. B.: „Komme“, „Komme zeitverzögert“, „Komme nicht“. Das schafft Überblick und Entscheidungsgrundlagen in kürzester Zeit.
Schritt 4
Team-Monitoring.
Einsatzleitung, Systemverantwortliche und Teammitglieder werden in Echtzeit über den Fortschritt der Bereitschaft informiert – bei Industrieanwendungen direkt über das ERP-System. Dank der optionalen strahlwassergeschützten ANC Pro Bildschirme können Einsatzkräfte z. B. an Sammelstationen oder in Fahrzeughallen schnell und direkt den Status der Kollegen verfolgen und einsehen.

Mit ANC Pro reduzieren Sie Ausfallzeiten Ihres Maschinenparks durch maximale Reaktionsschnelligkeit bei der Entstörung. Die App kann direkt an jede Maschine, Produktionsleitsystem oder Rechenzentrum angeschlossen werden. Egal ob Prozess- und Lebensmittelproduktion oder Kunststoffverarbeitung. Reparaturteams werden bei Störungen in Echtzeit unmittelbar per Handy informiert und zur Rückmeldung aufgefordert. Dabei alarmiert die App nicht nur, sondern informiert über das Problem in Form eines Meldetextes oder Fehlercodes. Zudem können bei ERP-Anbindung direkt Lösungsvorschläge übermittelt werden.
