En nuestro compromiso de mejora permanente, hemos desarrollado un sistema de control de calidad, único en el mercado basado en la norma europea EN13549, que establece los “Requisitos básicos y recomendaciones para los sistemas de medición de la calidad” en servicios de limpieza.
Aunque dicha norma no es todavía de obligado cumplimiento en nuestro país, ya se requiere en algunas licitaciones de servicios de limpieza en Europa, por ejemplo, en instalaciones de la Comisión Europea.
En el desarrollo de Auditclean hemos impulsado los aspectos más interesantes de la norma, buscando en todo momento un equilibrio entre funcionalidad y operatividad.
El sistema se basa en la realización de inspecciones periódicas, en las que se examinan elementos de distintas áreas, escogidos aleatoriamente.
Cada elemento tiene asignados distintos parámetros de limpieza, y se puntúa el cumplimiento de cada parámetro con una puntuación de 0 a 5.
El resultado de cada inspección es un cálculo realizado a partir de las puntuaciones, teniendo en cuenta que algunos elementos y parámetros, al ser más críticos, tienen más peso en la nota final.
El sistema permite anotar las posibles incidencias para su revisión, y enviar un informe al cliente. El análisis de los datos permite una evaluación precisa del nivel de calidad que se está ofreciendo.
