Description
ระบบบริหารจัดการ PDPA คือระบบสำหรับจัดการคำยินยอม และขอการเข้าถึงข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ตาม พรบ. PDPA โดยมีฟังก์ชันการใช้งาน ครอบคลุมดังต่อไปนี้
1) ROPD Record of Processing DETA / สำหรับเก็บประวัติการประมวลผล การเข้าถึงและการใช้งานข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ผ่านระบบคราว แบบเรียลไทม์
2) Privacy Policy / Privacy Notice ฟังก์ชันการบรอดนโยบายการเข้าถึงข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ผ่านระบบ App Bewcon PDPA ให้เข้าถึงพนักงาน ลูกค้า หรือผู้เยี่ยมชมองค์กร ผ่านทางโทรศัพท์มือถือ
3) App Consent Form / ระบบในการส่งและการอนุมัติคำยินยอม ผ่านระบบ App Bewcon PDPA โดยไม่ต้องใช้กระดาษ
4) DATA Transfers - Sharing Agreement / ระบบในการส่งและการอนุมัติคำยินยอมถึงบุคคลที่ 3 ด้วยระบบ App Bewcon PDPA โดยไม่ต้องใช้กระดาษ และทำการบันทึก ROPD อัตโนมัติ
5) DATA Subject Request Forms / ระบบการขอตรวจสอบ การเข้าถึง การประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลใดๆ ของเจ้าของข้อมูล ผ่านระบบ App Bewcon PDPA
