Our Story
In 2015, a fire destroyed our home, and we lost everything. The hardest part was not knowing what was gone or how we could rebuild. The loss was overwhelming, and trying to remember every item we owned made it even more difficult to move forward.
That experience inspired us to create Boxinvy—a way to track belongings for peace of mind and easier recovery. We wanted to help others avoid the same uncertainty we faced. With Boxinvy, you can easily catalog your belongings, ensuring that if disaster strikes, you have a clear record of what you own. Boxinvy helps you stay prepared for life’s unexpected moments, giving you the confidence to rebuild when things go wrong.
Features
- Locations: Organize all your boxes and linked items by location. For example, when you inventory your boat, this would be the marina name.
- Boxes: Boxes can be nested under locations, allowing you to structure your inventory however you need.
- Linked Items: Link an item multiple times, provided you have enough quantity available.
- Items: Add items even if you’re unsure where they belong; you can link them to a box later.
- Brands: Track how much you've spent on specific brands.
- Categories: Group items by category to track spending on projects or specific areas.
- Stores: Link stores to your items, see total spending, and track store purchases.
- Bookmarks: Bookmark boxes to quickly return to them later.
- Scanning: Use QR codes, barcodes, and NFC tags to easily find what’s inside a box.
- Generate QR Codes: Print QR codes, barcodes, and NFC tags in different sizes for mobile or web use.
