La Ditta Carfagnini si occupa di tutti i servizi necessari alla suddivisione dell’addebito complessivo fra i singoli appartamenti, facenti capo al contatore generale di proprietà dell’Ente Erogatore che registra complessivamente i consumi di acqua potabile effettuati nelle unità immobiliari esistenti nel fabbricato.
I contatori individuali vengono installati, al servizio del singolo appartamento, a cura e spese degli utenti, che ne sono proprietari e responsabili.
Come avvalersi dei nostri servizi?
La Ditta Carfagnini opera a Modugno e, se richiesto, in tutti i comuni della provincia di Bari. Per avvalersi dei servizi offerti, è sufficiente rivolgersi all’Amministratore del Condominio che ci richiederà un preventivo.
La questione verrà quindi posta all’attenzione di una Assemblea Condominiale, ed in seguito alla sua approvazione, l’incarico ci dovrà essere conferito tramite comunicazione scritta.
Quali sono i vantaggi?
Il controllo frequente della lettura dei contatori divisionale, permette di rilevare tempestivamente eventuali perdite nell’appartamento.
Fatturare il reale consumo calcolato in base alle tariffe applicate dall’Ente Erogatore, e non in base ai millesimi o al solo numero delle persone, consente al singolo utente di pagare correttamente ciò che in realtà utilizza.
Posso risparmiare sulla bolletta?
Sì è possibile, adottando semplici abitudini e controllando periodicamente lo stato dell’impianto idrico di casa. Può non sembrare vero ma, un water che perde o un rubinetto gocciolante possono sprecare sino a 250 litri di acqua al giorno.
