Shipments Enhancements:

Inventories Enhancements:
1. Fixed an issue where 6-8 rivets caused the submission to be invalid

1. Fixed issues with the map not loading due to missing location permissions. CC Nav will now re-prompt in these cases when possible
2. Enhanced handling of Delete All scenarios
3. Fixed background color of scan warnings
4. Added some error handling around a specific iOS issue involving loosing access to the app's database
5. Fixed an issue where scan count did not display if there was no target number to reach
6. Fixed an issue where devices with limited users could not pull asset ranges and therefore had no client side validation of asset numbers
7. Fixed an issue where first time users would not always pull down their location data, requiring manual intervention
