CheckFlow supports not only simple check-in tracking but also focus timer tracking simultaneously. You can use it to record your exercise duration, reading time, and more. For individual activities, you can support both check-in and timer tracking to record completion times.

CheckFlow supports various reminder settings, including fixed-time reminders after check-ins, resetting reminder countdowns after completion, fixed date cycle reminders, and fixed cycle period reminders, covering all your notification needs.

CheckFlow provides powerful statistical functions, allowing you to view check-in details across multiple dimensions, including check-in days, frequency, timing, and more.

Members can unlock all premium features of CheckFlow and enjoy free updates for future advanced features.
After confirming purchase and payment, your subscription will automatically renew through your iTunes account. Your Apple iTunes account will be charged 24 hours before expiration, and upon successful payment, your subscription period will be extended by one billing cycle. To cancel auto-renewal, please manually turn off the auto-renewal feature in iTunes/Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.
During the trial period, if you do not cancel your subscription, your iTunes account will automatically activate the subscription and charge you when the trial ends. Any unused trial time will automatically expire after purchasing a subscription. This service is subject to your choice of cancellation; if you choose not to cancel, the renewal service for the next billing cycle will be activated for you.
