Baudokumentation
Die Baudokumentation erfolgt mit Fotos, denn ein Bild sagt bekanntlich mehr als 1000 Worte. Dem Foto kann ein Titel gegeben werden und es wird mitsamt dem Zeitstempel und den zugehörigen Mitarbeiterinformationen direkt in den vorgesehen Ordner mit Projektbezug abgelegt.
Alternativ können auch Checklisten oder Freitextfelder für die Baudokumentation genutzt werden.
Die Baudokumentation ist auch dann möglich, wenn das Gerät offline ist.
Arbeitszeiterfassung
Die Arbeitszeiterfassung kann mit der mobilen Stempeluhr mit wenigen Klicks sowohl die Tätigkeit (Fahrtzeit, Arbeitszeit und Pausenzeit), als auch dynamisch das Kolonnengefüge mit dem Bezug zu einem Arbeitsauftrag abbilden. Die Arbeitszeiten werden auf Plausibilität überprüft.
Falls eine Buchung vergessen wurde, kann diese über ein Formular nacherfasst werden.
Die Arbeitszeiterfassung kann auch erfolgen, wenn das Gerät gerade keine Netzwerkverbindung (WLAN, 3G, LTE) hat, alle Informationen werden gespeichert und sobald die Netzwerkverbindung wieder besteht automatisch versendet. Dies ermöglicht ein Live-Controlling von jeder Baustelle.
Kundenerfassung
Die Kundenerfassung erfolgt in einem schlanken Formular und die Daten können mit Hilfe von Google Maps automatisch ausgefüllt werden.
Projekterfassung
Die Projekte können mit einem aussagekräftigen Titel, dem geplanten Ausführungszeitraum und der Baustellenadresse hinterlegt werden. Im Weiteren können auch Fotos hinzugefügt werden.
Arbeitsauftragsverwaltung
Die Arbeitsaufträge sind den jeweiligen Projekten zugeordnet und damit auch Grundlage für die Arbeitszeiterfassung und die Baudokumentation. Eine tagesgenaue Disposition und Kolonnenvorplanung ist möglich. Ebenso kann eine Gefährdungsbeurteilung hinterlegt werden.
Zugriffsberechtigungen
Die App verfügt über ein umfassendes Berechtigungskonzept, welches es ermöglicht jede beliebige Schaltfläche, abhängig davon welcher Benutzer angemeldet ist, ein- oder auszublenden. Damit können Sie die App an die Hierarchiestruktur und die internen Arbeitsprozesse optimal anpassen.
Integration in bestehendes Informationssystem
Sollten Sie bereits ein Informationssystem nutzen mit dem sie beispielsweise Kunden, Projekte, Mitarbeiter und Arbeitszeiten verwalten melden Sie sich gerne bei uns und wir prüfen, ob wir Digi direkt in ihr bestehendes System integrieren können, damit Sie nicht in zwei Systemen identische Informationen erfassen.
