هو تطبيق متخصص في تقديم خدمات الضيافة والبوفيه بشكل الكتروني متكامل
الهدف منه تسهيل عملية اختيار المشروب وتنفيذ الطلب يناسب الشركات والجهات الحكومية ذات الكثاقة العمالية العالية.
ومن مميزات التطبيق :
- واجهة خاصة بالمستخدم مع امكانية تصنيف المستخدمين (موظف - مدير - زائر) ليتناسب التطبيق بشكل تلقائي مع بيانات المستخدم المدخلة وتوفير قائمة الطلبات المتاحة لكل فئة.
- قائمة خاصة لكل فئة مع امكانية لاضافة مميزات في سرعة التحضير أو قائمة الطلبات حسب الفئة .
- اختيار الطلبات مع امكانية التعديل عليها و اضافة الاصناف الجانبية.
- تحديد موقع طالب الخدمة من خلال QR code المكتب والمعلق بداخل كل مكتب مع المرونة في تعديل الموقع في حالة الانتقال من مكتب إلى اخر.
- قائمة بالطلبات السابقة لإمكانية اعادة طلب نفس المشروب بنفس التفاصيل السابقة.
- امكانية جدولة الطلبات ليتم الحصول عليها بشكل يومي في نفس الموعد ونفس المكتب.
- امكانية تقييم مقدم الخدمة من خلال التطبيق.
- واجهة خاصة بمقدم الخدمة (عامل البوفيه أو النادل).
- تحديد امكانية توفر الطلبات مع امكانية اغلاق البوفيه او فتحها على حسب موعيد عمل الشركة.
- اشعارات بالطلبات الجديدة حتى لا يضيع أي طلب جديد.
- امكانية رفض الطلب مع ضرورة ابداء الاسباب لرفض الطلب.
- خريطة توضيحية لمكان طالب الخدمة لسهولة الوصول إليه.
