Description
- Den mobilen Service-Auftrag und die Mietabwicklung (Mietgeräte-Ausgabe und -Rücknahme).
- Beim mobilen Service-Auftrag wird das Servicepersonal dabei unterstützt - insbesondere bei der Reparatur von technischen Geräten wie z.B. Baumaschinen - die geleisteten Stunden sowie verbaute Ersatzteile mobil zu erfassen. Dabei kann per Fotos (auch mit Bearbeitungsfunktion), Checklisten und Schadensmeldungen eine genaue digitale Dokumentation des Gerätezustandes erstellt werden. Die Definition von Pflichtfeldern (z.B. für die Aufnahme von Betriebsstunden) sichert die strukturierte und konsequente Datenerfassung Vorort. Der Servicebericht kann auf dem Endgerät unterschrieben und danach an vorgegebene Mailadressen versendet werden.
- Die Mietabwicklung wird sowohl bei der Mietgeräte-Ausgabe als auch bei der Rücknahme unterstützt. Bei der Mietgeräte-Ausgabe können Beleg-/Vertrags-Daten auf ein Endgerät eines Mietpark-Mitarbeiters gesendet werden. Direkt an der Maschinen wird nun der einwandfreie Zustand der auszugebenden Positionen bestätigt. Mengenänderungen und die Ergänzung von Positionen sind möglich. Dabei kann per Fotos (auch mit Bearbeitungsfunktion), Checklisten und Schadensmeldungen auch eine genaue digitale Dokumentation des Geräte-Zustandes erstellt werden. Die Definition von Pflichtfeldern (z.B. für die Aufnahme von Betriebsstunden) sichert die strukturierte und konsequente Datenerfassung Vorort. Der Mietvertrag kann auf dem Endgerät unterschrieben und danach an vorgegebene E-Mail-Adressen versendet werden. Die Mietgeräte-Rücknahme funktioniert analog zur Ausgabe.
