Gracias a esta APP los vecinos de Gijón podrán avisar desde su propio teléfono móvil o tablet a los técnicos de EMULSA de las incidencias y desperfectos que detecten tanto en la vía pública como en el propio equipamiento urbano. Los usuarios podrán llevar una gestión en sus teléfonos de los avisos que han enviado, así como de las incidencias que ya se han resuelto por parte de EMULSA y la respuesta dada al ciudadano.
Para informar de la incidencia, además del nombre de la calle y un breve texto explicativo, se podrá adjuntar una fotografía tomada desde el smartphone. La aplicación enviará además las coordenadas GPS en el momento de tomar la fotografía para que los técnicos de EMULSA sepan posicionar mejor la localización del problema que el ciudadano quiere reportar.
Es APP permite además acceder a las últimas noticias y publicaciones que el Ayuntamiento de Gijón y EMULSA publican es sus webs corporativas, abriendo así un nuevo canal de comunicación con la ciudadanía.
