Die App für Parkplatzbewirtschafter, Liegenschafts- und Hausverwalter.
Bei der ETI park App handelt es sich um eine kostenlose App für Parkplatzbewirtschafter, Liegenschaftsverwalter, Supermärkte, Krankenhäuser, Ärzte und Ärztinnen mit praxiseigenen Parkplätzen, Fitnessstudio-Ketten, Kino- und Theaterbesitzer- und Verantwortliche und alle, die ihren Kund*innen Parkplätze anbieten.
Überwachungstechnik: Egal ob Ihre Kunden mit Parkschein, per Sensortechnik oder mit Parkscheibe parken, die App kommt bei jedem Regelverstoß zum Einsatz.
Beispiele:
• Parkscheinautomat: Supermarkt im Citygebiet mit 25 Parkplätzen. Delikt: Die Parkzeit ist überschritten. Umgebung: Innenstadt, Nähe Hauptbahnhof.
• Sensortechnik: Kino innerhalb der City mit 500 Parkplätzen. Delikt: Überschreitung der Parkzeit. Umgebung: City Nähe Theater und Oper.
So funktioniert´s: Auf Ihren Parkflächen gelten Ihre Regeln. Wir halten für Sie rechtssichere Hinweisschilder mit Ihren Parkplatzregeln sowie „Knöllchen“ in Form einer Benachrichtigungskarte für die Windschutzscheibe des Falschparkers für Sie bereit. Die App nutzen Sie dann, um ETI park den Falschparker zu melden. Unsere Mitarbeiter*innen kümmern sich um alles Weitere: die Ermittlung des Pkw-Halters beim Kraftfahrtbundesamt, die notwendige Kommunikation in Bezug auf Fragen und Einwände, die Überwachung der Zahlungsfrist und die Buchung der Zahlungseingänge. An jedem Regelverstoß verdienen Sie außerdem mit: Sie erhalten pro gemeldeten Falschparker eine verabredete Pauschale.
Einfaches Handling: Parkplatz auswählen, Falschparker fotografieren, absenden - fertig.
