-Receber alertas gerais via Push referente eventos de segurança: Invasão, Arrombamento, pânico, Porta/Portão deixada aberta, etc.
-Receber alertas gerais de zeladoria: Porta da casa de máquinas aberta por “João”, Reservatório nível baixo, Nível de caixa de água baixo, motor 01 ligado, motor 02 desligado ,tempo de abastecimento vencido, vazamento caixa da agua, alagamento na casa de máquinas, Queda da energia elétrica, Sistema irrigação acionado, Filtro da piscina ligado em horário não correto, limite de temperatura ou umidade de área x ultrapassado, ar condicionado ligado, etc.
-Efetuar reservas de áreas comuns , salão de festas , salão jogos , salão gourmet , cinema ,etc
-Convidar pessoas enviando chaves de acesso como QR Code (Sistema de ticket de acessos).
-Receber push notificação de acessos (relacionados a sua unidade): Entrada e saída de usuários de forma geral ou específica, Bloqueio de entradas por anti-passback, agendamento, falta de chave de confirmação, tentativa de acesso, outros.
-Visualizar câmeras junto com dispositivos de comando
-Abrir portas e portões de garagem
-Consultar relatórios de acessos
-Consultar estados das portas, dispositivos e sistemas (ligados/Desligados, Fechado ou aberto, armado ou desarmado,etc.)
-Acesso via Leitor Bluetooth
-Visualização e controle de automações existentes
