EYELEVATE
Aufzüge sind vielerorts unverzichtbar. Sie bewegen Menschen, transportieren Güter und überwinden Barrieren für hilfsbedürftige Personen. Der stetige sichere und zuverlässige, aber gleichzeitig kostengünstige Betrieb von Aufzügen hat daher für Betreiber und Nutzer oberste Priorität. EYELEVATE bringt Ihren Aufzug ins Internet (IoT), schafft Transparenz und hilft Ihnen, Kosten zu senken, Ressourcen zu sparen und gleichzeitig die Verfügbarkeit Ihrer Assets zu erhöhen.

EYELEVATE ist ein IoT-basiertes nachrüstbares Aufzugsmonitoringsystem, das mit wenig Aufwand zerstörungsfrei und innerhalb von Minuten auf jedem gängigen Aufzug installiert werden kann. Sie benötigen neben der App eine EYELEVATE Device auf Ihrem Aufzug bzw. Ihren Aufzügen. Die in der Device verbauten Sensoren überwachen wichtige Funktionen Ihrer Aufzüge, sodass sie mit Hilfe von EYELEVATE Ihre Aufzüge immer im Blick haben. EYELEVATE wertet permanent Daten zum Aufzugsverhalten aus, detektiert atypische Zustände und Szenarien und meldet diese z.B. per Push-Nachricht auf Ihr Tablet oder Ihr Smartphone. Mit EYELEVATE erhalten Sie eine neutrale Zustandserhebung eines unabhängigen Dritten für Ihren Aufzug. Da EYELEVATE grundsätzlich nicht mit der Steuerung der Aufzugsanlage verbunden ist, besteht trotz IoT-Technologie keine Eingriffsmöglichkeit von außen und somit kein erhöhtes Sicherheitsrisiko.

EYELEVATE hilft Betreibern und Wartungsfirmen, ihre Geschäftsprozesse rund um die Aufzug zu optimieren und bessere Leistungen anzubieten.

EYELEVATE hilft Ihnen, durch aktuelle Zustandsinformationen die Verfügbarkeit Ihrer Aufzüge zu optimieren, durch Condition Monitoring größere Schäden im Vorfeld zu vermeiden und ungeplante Stillstände zu minimieren, Notrufe zu verifizieren und zu bewerten, eingeschlossene Personen zu detektieren, die den Notruf nicht betätigen können, den Wechsel von fristbasierten zu nutzungsbasierten Wartungsintervallen zu vollziehen und damit Wartungsprozesse zu optimieren, Transparenz in das Nutzungsprofil Ihrer Aufzüge zu bringen und daraus weitere Entscheidungen abzuleiten und sich von Ihren Wettbewerbern abzugrenzen und die Zufriedenheit Ihrer Kunden zu erhöhen.
