1. **Пользователь не учитывает собственную «цену времени».**
В итоге он может потратить много часов на работу, которую дешевле было бы отдать на аутсорс, или наоборот — переплачивает, нанимая бригаду там, где можно справиться самому.
2. **Трудно рассчитать реальные затраты.**
Нужно учесть материалы, электроэнергию, амортизацию инструментов и — главное — «стоимость» собственного времени. Многие этого не делают, что приводит к ошибочным решениям и перерасходу бюджета.
3. **Отсутствие удобного контроля сроков и результатов.**
Часто «зависают» мелкие задачи, люди теряют сроки, не ведут список работ, не понимают, какие из них уже просрочены или выполнены.
4. **Нет наглядной аналитики** (стоимость, распределение задач, средние расходы).
Без графиков, таблиц и сводок тяжело понять, как в целом обстоит ситуация: где растут затраты, какие задачи наиболее затратные по времени и деньгам.

Как Gespcombud решает эти проблемы
1. **Учёт почасовой стоимости**
- В `Gespcombud` пользователь может указать свою почасовую ставку и время, которое уйдёт на задачу.
- Приложение автоматически рассчитывает «стоимость» самостоятельного выполнения: `(часы * ставка + прочие затраты)`.
- Таким образом, **«цена времени»** перестаёт быть абстрактной и включается в расчёт.
2. **Создание и ведение списка задач**
- Есть удобный интерфейс для **добавления** и **редактирования** задач (до 10 параметров), включая: название, даты начала/окончания, сложность, материалы, стоимость аутсорса.
- Каждая задача помечается как «Самостоятельная» или «Аутсорс», что упрощает сравнение.
3. **Контроль сроков и статусов**
- Утилита отображает задачи в таблице (две секции: «Самостоятельно» и «Аутсорс»).
- Если задача просрочена — цвет фона меняется, если выполнена — тоже. Это позволяет **не пропустить** истекающие сроки.
4. **Аналитика и визуализация**
- В `Gespcombud` есть специальный экран «Аналитика», где отображаются **графики** (PieChart, BarChart) и **сводные таблицы**:
- Сколько задач на аутсорсе vs самостоятельно,
- Сколько уже выполнено,
- Средние затраты (сравнение «Сам vs Аутсорс»).
5. **AI-ассистент**
- Приложение включает **искусственный интеллект**, способный:
- Отвечать на вопросы («Как быстрее уложить плитку?», «Стоит ли самому красить стены?»),
