Die App ergänzt das Blindnietgerät iBird Pro mit Features wie der zuverlässigen Kontrolle von Nietprozessen, Status- und Serviceanzeigen auf einen Blick und bietet die Möglichkeit schnell auf Betriebs-, Wartungs- und Reparaturanleitungen zuzugreifen.

Industrie 4.0 mit dem iBird Pro
Industrie 4.0, M2M oder auch Internet of Things hat eine möglichst selbstorganisierte Produktion zum Ziel, in der alle Geräte miteinander kommunizieren. GESIPA hat dafür den iBird Pro entwickelt, ein vernetztes Akku-Setzgerät, welches mittels WiFi oder Bluetooth mit Smartphones, Tablets oder der Kunden-IT-Infrastruktur über die App verbunden werden kann. Die Vernetzung bietet Mehrwerte wie die Kontrolle von Nietprozessen, Verarbeitungssicherheit, Status- und Serviceanzeigen sowie den schnellen und einfachen Zugriff auf Betriebs-, Wartungs- und Reparaturanleitungen, letzendlich die Optimierung der Wertschöpfungskette.
Kopplung
Das Gerät wird per QR-Code gekoppelt und kann mit drei Endgeräten gleichzeitig verbunden werden.
Andon-Ring (Signalring)
Am iBird Pro befindet sich ein Signalring zur Visualisierung der Nietprozesse. Die Farbgebung kann individuell eingestellt werden.
Kippsensor
Der Kippsensor vermeidet Störungen, Verstopfungen und das unkontrollierte Herausfallen der Restdorne aus dem Gerät. Durch die Aktivierung des Kippsensors wird sichergestellt, dass der iBird Pro nach jedem Nietvorgang nach hinten gekippt werden muss (in 2 Stufen einstellbar). Damit wird die Dornentsorgung in den Auffangbehälter sichergestellt. Andernfalls wird das Gerät für den nächsten Nietvorgang nicht freigegeben.
Füllstandanzeige
Zählt die abgerissenen Nietdorne und signalisiert, wann der Auffangbehälter wieder zu entleeren ist, um so Störungen und Verstopfungen des Gerätes zu vermeiden.
Optionaler Setzprozess-Assistent
Die Freischaltung der kostenpflichtigen Premium-Software hilft Qualitätskosten zu senken. Fehler werden mithilfe folgender Optionen vermieden bzw. erkannt, bevor sie ein Problem werden.
- Setzprozessbewertung mit Fehlererkennung, Meldung in App und durch den Andon-Ring
- Teaching-Mode zum Einlernen von Nietkonfigurationen
- Erstellen von Joblisten zu Abarbeitung unterschiedlicher Nietkonfigurationen
