iReform es la App definitiva para planificar tu reforma de una manera fácil, sencilla, eficiente y, lo mejor de todo, gratis.
La App se divide en 3 grandes secciones:
-REFORMAS
Desde esta sección, podrás seleccionar fácilmente el tipo de reforma que deseas realizar. Para mayor comodidad, puedes usar el buscador que hemos integrado deslizando la lista hacia abajo.
Una vez que elijas una reforma, tendrás que seleccionar entre una serie de opciones e introducir algún dato numérico en algunos casos. La App calculará automáticamente el precio de esa reforma según los precios publicados por el Gabinete Técnico de Aparejadores de Guadalajara.
Una vez que tengas el precio podrás usar el botón de “Añadir al presupuesto” para guardarlo y seguir con las reformas.
-PRESUPUESTO
Desde esta sección podrás ver todas las reformas que has añadido y el total del precio.
Deslizando una fila hacia la izquierda desde el lado derecho podrás borrar ese ítem. En caso de querer vaciarlo entero podrás usar el botón de “Borrar Todo” arriba a la derecha.
Una vez que hayas terminado, puedes usar el icono de correo de arriba a la derecha para compartir el presupuesto por e-mail con quien quieras.
-UTILIDADES
Desde esta sección podrás acceder a una serie de documentos que te ayudarán en el momento de realizar tu reforma. Entre ellos encontrarás:
-¿Por qué hacer reformas?
-Planificar un proyecto de reformas.
-10 consejos para realizar una reforma.
-¿Cuándo necesito licencia de obras?
Además podrás acceder a una sección de información desde la que podrás ver un vídeo y un tutorial de cómo sacar el máximo partido a la App y compartirla con tus amigos para que no se la pierdan.
Esta App ha sido creada, diseñada y desarrollada por Elena Gordaliza Fernández (Arquitecta técnica) y Pablo Clemente Pérez (Ingeniero de Telecomunicación).
La base de datos de precios está actualizada a 20/11/13.
