Описание
Les trois principales caractéristiques de l'application sont les suivantes :
1) Aider les usagers à trouver leur chemin dans l'hôpital et aider à une navigation efficace dans l'hôpital. Des instructions écrites étape par étape sont fournies pour aider à trouver le chemin du point A au point B.
2) Informer et soutenir les usagers en leur fournissant un accès numérique à des informations sur le rôle du comité des usagers, ses coordonnées, les droits et responsabilités des usagers, et des informations sur la manière d'accéder aux services.
3) Enquêter de manière anonyme auprès des participants volontaires afin de déterminer la satisfaction des usagers et de mesurer la qualité de l'expérience.
The JGH Users’ Guide app has been created by the JGH Users’ Committee for patients, staff and visitors of the Jewish General Hospital. This new and exciting app allows you to quickly access the fastest route within the hospital for every destination. It will also enable the ability to view certain information more easily and readily, without needing to be in the hospital.
Three key features of the app are:
1) To help users find their way within the hospital and to assist with efficient navigation
throughout the hospital. Step-by-step written directions are provided to help find the way from
point A to point B.
2) To inform and support users by providing digital access to information about the role of the Users’ Committee, its contact information, users’ rights and responsibilities
information, and information on how to access services.
3) To anonymously survey willing participants in order to determine users’ satisfaction and to measure quality of experience.
