1. Download the KeyPal app
Sign up in seconds and choose how you’d like to use your KeyPal. Pay-as-you-go, weekly or monthly plans give you unlimited access and total flexibility.
2. Drop your keys in your KeyPal locker
Our lockers are conveniently located at Southern Cross Station, Melbourne’s public transport hub and many more locations coming. Scan the QR code provided to open your locker, place your keys inside, and close the locker door.
3. Share the collection code
Send a unique QR code to guests, cleaners, and anyone else who needs to access your property. They’ll simply scan to collect the keys and again to return them at check-out.
