- ข่าวสาร แสดงข่าวสารและกิจกรรมต่างๆ จากการประปานครหลวง
- พื้นที่น้ำไม่ไหล แสดงข่าวสารการแจ้งเขตพื้นที่ที่น้ำไม่ไหลหรือไหลอ่อน โดยแสดงพื้นที่ที่มีผลกระทบ และช่วงวัน เวลาที่มีผลกระทบให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
- ติดต่อสาขา แสดงข้อมูลการติดต่อและแผนที่ ของแต่ละสาขาของการประปานครหลวง
- แจ้งปัญหา ผู้ใช้สามารถแจ้งปัญหา ที่พบเช่นเกิดท่อแตก ท่อรั่ว และ น้ำไม่ไหล โดยสามารถถ่ายรูป พร้อมพิกัดบอกตำแหน่งที่เกิดเหตุเข้ามายังระบบได้
- ข้อมูลผู้ใช้น้ำ แสดงข้อมูลเบื้องต้นของผู้ใช้น้ำ โดยต้องทำการลงทะเบียนการใช้งาน ระบุ สาขา-เขต และทะเบียนผู้ใช้น้ำ
- ข้อมูลค่าน้ำ แสดงข้อมูลค่าน้ำประปาของแต่ละรอบบิล ที่พร้อมชำระเงิน โดยสามารถแสดง บาร์โค้ด หรือ QR Code เพื่อใช้ในการชำระเงินค่าน้ำผ่านตัวแทนชำระเงิน และที่สาขาการประปานครหลวง
- การแจ้งเตือน เป็นบริการแจ้งเตือน ในกรณีต่าง ๆ จากการประปานครหลวง เช่น แจ้งเตือนในกรณี ผู้ใช้น้ำมีผลกระทบจากเหตุพื้นที่น้ำไม่ไหล และการแจ้งเตือน อื่นๆ
