Popis
The application helps to systematically guide employees, track their tasks and improve communication within the team. It's simple: add employee cards, attach photos, assign tasks, monitor progress, and read tips on effective management.
Every step in the interface is designed so that it is convenient for you to work even on the go — without tables, complex CRM panels and endless chats.
The employees section displays all your staff, each with their own card.
Adding a new person takes less than a minute:
enter the first and last name, specify the position, add age, attach a photo from the gallery or take a picture on camera.
All data is saved in a neat way so that, if necessary, you can quickly find the right employee, view their tasks and make changes.
On the main screen, you can see a list of all employees with a brief summary for each one: position, active tasks, history of completed actions.
Clicking opens a detailed card where you can view tasks, edit information, and monitor activity.
Each employee card has its own task list.
You can add new tasks, edit existing ones, and mark completed ones with a single tap.
The tasks are sorted by date and priority so that you always understand what stage the work is at.
A separate tab is dedicated to tips on managing people.
It contains short but useful recommendations for managers and HR specialists.
You can read these tips at any time — in the morning before work or in the evening, summarizing the results of the week.The project is developing thanks to your support.
