NFQES Qualified Authenticator
Aplikácia slúži pre dvojfaktorové overenie pri podpisovaní v rámci poskytovania kvalifikovaných dôveryhodných služieb v zmysle eIDAS zapísaný v EU Trust Services. Aplikáciu je možné využiť len vo vzťahu k produktom NFQES od spoločnosti brainit.sk, s.r.o. . eIDAS je skratka pre nariadenie Európskej únie č. 910/2014 o elektronickej identifikácií a dôveryhodných službách pre elektronické transakcie na vnútornom európskom trhu. Spoločnosť brainit.sk, s.r.o. (produkt NFQES) je poskytovateľom dôveryhodných služieb v zmysle Nariadenia eIDAS, ako aj zákona SR č. 272/2016 Z. z. o dôveryhodných službách („Zákon o DS“). NFQES okrem základnej úrovne poskytuje aj dôveryhodné služby na najvyššej úrovni (kvalifikovanej úrovni), ktorá poskytuje používateľom vyššiu úroveň bezpečnosti, ale aj právnej istoty. Aplikácia funguje ako autentifikácia výzva-odpoveď (challenge–response authentication) a teda v mobilnej aplikácií NFQES alebo webovej aplikácií zone.nfqes.com vznikne požiadavka na podpis, ktorá vygeneruje výzvu, táto výzva sa zadá do aplikácie NFQES Autentifikátor
Toto overenie sa využíva hlavne pri podpisovaní a to pre využívanie certifikátov:
• ESig
◦ Certifikát pre elektronický podpis v zmysle Nariadenia Európskeho parlamentu a Rady (EÚ) č. 910/2014, článok 3 bod 14.
• ESeal
◦ Certifikát pre elektronickú pečať v zmysle Nariadenia Európskeho parlamentu a Rady (EÚ) č. 910/2014, článok 3 bod 29.
• QCert for ESig
◦ Kvalifikovaná dôveryhodná služba vyhotovovania a overenia kvalifikovaných certifikátov pre elektronický podpis v zmysle Nariadenia Európskeho parlamentu a Rady (EÚ) č. 910/2014.
• QCert for ESeal
◦ Kvalifikovaná dôveryhodná služba vyhotovovania a overenia kvalifikovaných certifikátov pre elektronickú pečať v zmysle Nariadenia Európskeho parlamentu a Rady (EÚ) č. 910/2014.
