The app does not record any audio or voices—rather, it analyzes the noise levels (dBA) based on the frequency (Hz) of the surrounding environment. It uses your phone's built-in sensors to measure the intensity of ambient noise and sends this data to the DEP for analysis. The noise data is captured in real-time and is anonymized, ensuring that no personal information is ever exposed or shared.
