Description
O acesso ao aplicativo é exclusivo a colaboradores com login e senha no Sistema Ocean ERP, no qual os dados de acesso são os mesmos.
O Inventário é gerado pelo Sistema Ocean ERP, mediante as regras pré-definidas. Na apresentação do inventário, consta informações importantes como: Dados do produto, imagem, armazém e inventário. O processo de contagem, além de intuitivo, é de fácil entendimento, auxiliando a interpretação do colaborador.
Em caso de problema com o código de barras, o aplicativo dispõe de alternativa para contagem manual, onde o colaborador necessita justificar o uso desta opção. Com essa funcionalidade, evita-se que o processo dependa exclusivamente do código de barras do produto.
Uma funcionalidade importante desta versão é a possibilidade de pausar a contagem do inventário e retornar posteriormente sem a perda das contagens realizadas.
Outras características são:
- Listagem de Empresa/Filial, mediante a permissão do colaborador;
- Filtro de filial;
- Listagem dos inventários não finalizados;
- Apresentação da imagem do produto ao fazer a contagem do inventário;
- Processo de contagem de produtos;
- Pausa de inventário;
- Gravação das contagens realizadas;
- Contagem manual, através de justificativa;
- Uso da câmera para leitura de código de barra;
- Uso de leitor/Scanner de código de barras e/ou QRCode para equipamentos “Caribe PL-40L” .
