Afterward, it does the part most apps avoid: it asks what you don’t want to admit. The app leans into that by offering two modes: ‘Rescue’ (stabilize now) and ‘Exposure’ (do the hard thing safely, on purpose). • Reassurance Budget Partner Mode (optional): set limits on checking/texting; generate healthier messages that don’t recruit others into the panic loop
