Описание
Procrastination is only the surface. Deep down, our brains are naturally wired to:
- Dislike vague tasks — we don’t know where to begin
- Struggle with perfectionism — afraid of doing it badly, we’d rather not start at all
- Prefer short-term pleasures — like scrolling on our phones
- Feel worse about ourselves when we delay — subconsciously labelling ourselves as “someone who procrastinates”, which leads to self-doubt and inner conflict. A vicious cycle.

This little app helps you instantly break down the tasks you’re avoiding into
**ultra-specific steps** — each one simple enough to complete with ease, and paired with helpful prompts to reduce mental resistance.
Once the breakdown is done, all you need is to take the **first step** — and you’ll likely find yourself in the flow before you know it.
