Descrizione
Neben der Inventarverwaltung kann PocketParsec auch für die Verwaltung von Geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgütern (GWG), der Überwachung von DGUV V3-pflichtigen Geräten, Überwachung von Garantie- und Wartungszeiträumen, der Verwaltung von Kunstgegenständen und vielen weiteren Inventartypen genutzt werden.
Das Inventar kann über Barcodes, QR-Codes oder Data Matrix-Codes gescannt werden und automatisiert mit Standortinformationen, Fotos oder Dokumente ergänzt werden. Noch schneller geht die Inventur mit RFID. Einfach das Smartphone mit einer RFID Antenne erweitern und das mit RFID-Etiketten gekennzeichnete Inventar per Funk erfassen. Die RFID-Inventurdauer hängt hier davon ab, wie schnell der Erfasser laufen kann.
PocketParsec funktioniert auch komplett offline, sodass keine permanente Netzwerkverbindung notwendig ist.
Managen Sie die Inventur, koordinieren Sie mehrere Inventurerfasser und übergeben ihnen das für sie relevante Inventar.
