Description
RIB FM HelpDesk has a direct interface to your existing RIB FM installation and is able to process transactions, maintenance management or fault messages. The app is able to record any type of e.g. technical breakdowns or requests to your internal HelpDesk, capture photos and much more.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The app is available for several platforms. The prerequisite is a licensed web service and a current iTWO fm server. The web service can be used for all platforms.

What's new about RIB FM HelpDesk 6.0?
Attention: Starting with version 5.0 the specification of a user in the web.config is mandatory.
- Rebranding "RIB FM"
- Login to enter requests as a qualified user, incl. biometric login (optional)
- Overview of requests entered by the user (optional)
- Object selection via object tree (optional)
- Specification of short text and details of the request (optional)
- Configurable maximum length of the short text
- Category can be configured as a required field
- Entry of the user's e-mail address
- Various improvements and bug fixes
