Aplikācijas lietotājs var būt ikviens RNP klients, kurš ir reģistrējies vortālā e-parvaldnieks.lv. Līdzīgi kā vortālā, arī aplikācijas lietotāji varēs to izmantot atbilstoši savam lietotāja profila veidam:
Reģistrējies lietotājs, bet nav autorizējies kā dzīvokļa īpašnieks:
- ērti nodot ikmēneša patēriņa skaitītāju rādījumus;
- saņemt aktuālos paziņojumus par nekustamā īpašuma pārvaldīšanu;
- sazināties ar Jūsu nekustamā īpašuma pārvaldnieku.
Lietotājs, kurš ir autorizējies kā dzīvokļa īpašnieks, papildus iepriekš nosauktajām iespējam varēs:
- veikt rēķinu apmaksu;
- iepazīties ar savas mājas uzturēšanas un apsaimniekošanas darbu tāmi;
- iepazīties ar savas mājas pārvaldīšanas un apsaimniekošanas ieņēmumu un izdevumu pārskatu par iepriekšējiem gadiem;
- piedalīties kopības lēmumu pieņemšanā (drīzumā);
- iesniegt avārijas pieteikumus (drīzumā);
- iesniegt iesniegumus (drīzumā);
-pieteikt pakalpojumus (drīzumā);
- prognozēt dažādu ar īpašumu saistīto patēriņu nākotnes tendences (drīzumā)."
