Tasleeh, the professionals at work. Specialists at Electromechanical works including A/C maintenance among others things, we provide fast and reliable services all over Kuwait.
We don’t hire part timers or freelancers, we recruit, train and supervise all our staff to ensure your job is always professionally handled.
Here is why we are called the professionals:
• Work Guarantee: anything we provide we will offer complete peace of mind – guarantee of work with warranty (you will also be given a detailed copy of all work done) and its all on your mobile.
• Speed Promise – If its scheduled and we are late, your inspection fee is waived. You can even track the progress of your technician on route and the status of the repairs on your site from the app.
• Professional Service Staff – don’t let strangers who are unvetted into your house! All employees of Tasleeh are hired and managed by the same company – no free lancers/ no independent personnel – so all are managed and trained and responsible for the work – no commissions provided so work is not rushed or compromised. Other competitors don't have this level of service or workforce as they depend on freelancers.
• Professional Equipped – Our custom made “mobile inventory system” allows us to get the required spare parts quickly if required. 90% or more of the parts are already on site when our staff arrive.
• Payment – all in advance and broken down by job and expected time frame (thus no hourly billing – we will work until the job is done) – unlike other apps who charge per the hour and may leave midway if you haven’t booked enough time.
• Transparency – all the maintenance and warranty information is available on the app platform, which gives you a price indication also before any commitment is needed. Work is only carried out if you approve the job specifics. No hidden charges are needed. Also, all payment is done online so no need for cash exchanges.

• ضمان انجاز العمل: نضمن من خلال جميع الخدمات التي نقدّمها، أن تحظى براحة البال المُطلقة، وذلك من خلال كفالة ضمان انجاز العمل (وسوف تحصل أيضاً على نسخة مفصّلة بكافّة الأعمال المُنجزة)، جميعها على هاتفك الجوّال.
• التعهّد بالتنفيذ السريع: في حال التأخّر عن الموعد المتّفق عليه، يتمّ التنازل عن رسوم المعاينة .كما يُمكنك تتبّع الفنّي وهو في طريقه إليك بالإضافة إلى مواكبة مراحل التصليحات في موقعك وذلك باستخدام تطبيق "Tasleeh".
• موظّفو الخدمة المحترفون: لا تسمح للغرباء بدخول بيتك! إنّ جميع الموظّفين العاملين لدى "Tasleeh" قد تمّ تعيينهم من قبل الشركة تحت إشرافها وإدارتها، لذا لا يوجد موظّفون أحرار أو مستقلّون، وهم جميعهم مسؤولون عن عملهم. كما أنّنا لا نعتمد سياسة العمولات وذلك لتفادي الاستعجال في تنفيذ الخدمة أو المساومة عليها. وهذا ما يفتقده المنافسون الآخرون من مستوى عال في الخدمة أو القوى العاملة لاسيّما وأنّهم يلجأون إلى الموظّفين المستقلّين.
• معدّات المحترفين: يضمن نظام "شاحنة قطع الغيار المتنقّلة" الخاصّة بنا توفير 90٪ أو أكثر من قطع الغيار في الموقع عند وصول فريق عملنا.
• إجراءات الدفع: يكون الدفع مسبقاً ومفصّلاً بحسب نوع الخدمة وإطارها الزمني المتوقّع (وبالتّالي، لا يتمّ تسعير الخدمة باحتساب ساعات العمل بل إلى حين انتهاء المهمّة)، وذلك بخلاف التطبيقات الأخرى التي تفرض الرسوم بحسب الوقت المحدّد وقد تتوقّف أعمال الصيانة في حال لم تحجز الوقت الكافي لانجازها.
• الشفافيّة: جميع المعلومات الخاصّة بالصيانة والكفالة متوفّرة الآن على منصّة التطبيق التي تزوّدك بمؤشّر عن الأسعار قبل أن تقوم بأي التزام. كما أنّنا لا نباشر بأي عمل قبل الحصول على موافقتك على أدقّ التفاصيل. لذا لن نفرض عليك أي رسوم مخفيّة لاسيّما وأنّ الدفع عبر الإنترنت ولا حاجة لتبادل العملات.
