Description
ユニボイスブラインドアプリは、視覚障害のあるかた向けに開発した、音声コード「Uni-Voice」を読み取るアプリです。
印刷物の音声コードUni-Voiceにカメラをかざして撮影し、印刷物に関する情報を日本語や多言語翻訳で取得できます。
また、Webサイト上に表示された音声コードをクリックして、このアプリで読み上げ・保存することもできます。
このアプリは、視覚障害者の操作を可能にするためVoice Over対応の操作ができます。
音声コードUni-Voiceに格納されているテキスト情報を、スマートホンの画面に表示し、TTS（音声合成）機能で自動的に読上げます。
●アプリの使い方
アプリを起動するとスキャン画面が表示されます。お使いのスマートフォンを約10センチメートルの高さにして音声コードを画面に映してください。
ピーピーという音が早くなりましたら、その位置で固定してください。ブザー音がなる時は、明るさを調節してください。
音声コードを検出すると、 自動的に撮影して読み上げ画面に遷移します。
お使いの端末のスクリーンリーダー機能(VoiceOver)をオンにされている方は、読み上げ画面の中央に読み取った文章が表示されていますので読み上げ開始ボタンをダブルクリックするか、左右フリックなどでVoiceOverを使って読み上げてください。VoiceOverがオフの方は、自動的に読み上げます。
音声コードの位置は、印刷物の切り込みが目印です。切り込みが右側の下にくるように印刷物の向きをかえてください。切り込みのすぐ横に音声コードが印刷されています。
読み取った音声コードはファイルとして保存され、後からファイル一覧画面から呼び出すことができます。
また、ユニボイスブラインドアプリには、官公庁や自治体などから視覚障害のあるかたへのお知らせがプッシュ通知で届きます。お知らせ一覧画面で参照してください。
音声コード「Uni-Voice」は、目的地までのルート位置情報を音声、音響、振動で誘導するナビコードと、避難場所や観光施設情報を案内、誘導するスポットコードにも対応しています。

●音声コード「Uni-Voice」とは？
音声コード「Uni-Voice」は、JAVIS（日本視覚障がい情報普及支援協会）が開発した、文字データを約800文字記録できる、携帯電話対応2次元バーコードです。
音声コードをカメラで撮影して、コードに格納されたテキストデータの読み上げや保存ができます。日本語を含む19カ国語に対応しており、通信環境が無くても読み上げできることも特徴です。
2021年5月に改正された障害者差別解消法により、障害者に対する差別が禁止され、障害のある方への合理的配慮が国や自治体だけでなく民間企業に対しても義務化されました。
音声コード「Uni-Voice」は近年、マイナンバーカード通知やねんきん定期便でも採用されるなど利用が広がっており、パンフレットや各種封書などの紙媒体への印刷や、Webサイト上の読み上げコンテンツとして利用することができます。
音声コードを活用することにより、国・自治体・公共団体、および民間企業が、日本語の読み取りにハンディを持つ住民や顧客・ユーザーに対するアクセシビリティ対応の情報発信することを可能にします。

Uni-Voice for UD（ユニバーサルデザイン） は、音声コードUni-Voiceを活用して、国・自治体・公共団体、および民間企業が日本語の読み取りにハンディを持つ住民や顧客・ユーザーに対するアクセシビリティ対応の情報発信を可能にするWebソリューションです。
●耳で聴くWebサイトとは?
Uni-Voice for UD の主な機能のひとつが「耳で聴くWebサイト」。既存のWebサイトの情報を利用して、視覚障害者向けの音声読み上げに対応したWebアクセシビリティ対応サイトである「耳で聴くWebサイト」を簡単に作成するサービスです。既存のWebサイトの情報を利用して音声コードUni-Voice付きの別サイトを作成するため、①通常サイトと視覚障害者向けサイトを無理に混在させる必要がない、一方で、②視覚障害者向けのWebサイト作成に大きなコストをかけないで済む、という２つのニーズを同時に満たすことができます。さらに、③紙の印刷物を電子パンフレットや電子カタログとして音声化する、という使い方もできます。
