・近視の方、遠視の方、スマホ老眼の方、老眼の方
・スマホやPCで小さな文字が読みにくい
・視野がぼやけて、ピントが合いづらい
・自宅で簡単に視力回復トレーニングを始めたい
【使い方】
1、目の高さの位置にiPadを横向きに立て掛けて、そこから2～3メートルほど離れた場所で自分の視力でギリギリ見える輪を設定します。
2、「Start」で曲が流れるので、輪の開いている方向を探ります。
3、15秒ほどすると、輪が開いている方向を声でアナウンスされます。
4、正解していたら一歩後ろへさがり、間違っていたら一歩前へ進みます。
5、「はい、手」で手を前に伸ばして手のひらに焦点を合わせます。
6、3～5を数回繰り返し、5分経過するとアラームが流れてトレーニング終了となります。
【視力チェック】
3メートル離れた位置で輪の方向が見えるときに右上に記載されている数値が、今のあなたの視力です。
※このアプリはiPad（10.9インチ用）の簡易式視力測定です。正式な視力測定は医療機関で行ってください。
