COS’È LA VMC?
La qualità dell’aria all’interno delle nostre abitazioni è oggi un problema cruciale. L’ottima tenuta degli in ssi impedisce il ricambio dell’aria, sarebbe necessario aprire frequentemente le nestre con enorme speco di energia. L’utilizzo di forti coibentazioni (esempio isolamento a cappotto) può creare formazione di muffa ed umidità all’interno delle stanze. L’aria dell’ambiente esterno spesso è ricca di pollini e batteri che sono causa dei sempre più frequenti problemi di allergia.
COME FUNZIONA LA VMC?
L’aria aspirata dagli ambienti della casa attraverso una apposita rete di canali e griglie viene convogliata all’interno dell’unità di recupero calore. Passando attraverso uno scambiatore di calore ad alta ef cienza posto all’interno dell’unità l’aria calda e umida cede energia (senza mescolarsi) all’aria fresca proveniente dall’esterno. Viene quindi recuperata una parte vicina la 90 % del calore contenuto nell’aria espulsa garantendo nel contempo l’estrazione dalla casa degli agenti inquinanti e dell’umidità. L’aria fresca riscaldata dal processo di recupero viene ltrata (per fermare pollini e batteri) ed immessa nei locali attraverso una apposita rete di canali e griglie.
