Description
Aplikácia Wolf Asistent je určená pre servisných technikov na:
- registráciu elektronických zariadení,
- jednoduchú elektronickú správu zariadení a zákazníkov,
- administratívnu pomoc pre všetky úlohy na zariadeniach Wolf.
Aplikácia obsahuje používateľský profil pre servisného technika s možnosťou zmeny osobných údajov, zmeny hesla, vloženia podpisu a nastavenia jazykovej mutácie. Používateľský profil má zároveň funkciu registrácie aktívnych prípadov - zariadení, ktoré sú naplánované na pravidelnú údržbu, alebo priradené zariadenia na opravu.
APLIKÁCIA MÁ 4 ZÁKLADNÉ MODULY:
1. Uvedenie do prevádzky
2. Pravidelná údržba
3. Opravy
4. Prehľad inštalácií.
Všetky moduly, okrem modulu Prehľad inštalácií, po spustení obsahujú čítačku čiarových kódov s automatickým rozpoznaním konkrétneho typu zariadenia a identifikáciou inštalácie podľa špecifikovaných údajov po uvedení zariadenia do prevádzky.
