While creating a timer, you can quickly choose from ready-made workout presets of 5, 10, 15, or 20 minutes to save time and get started faster. For rest periods, the app offers convenient break time presets of 30 seconds, 1 minute, 2 minutes, or 5 minutes, helping you maintain the right balance between effort and recovery.
