Mit Hilfe der App Zeitanalyse können Sie tätigkeitsbezogene Zeiterfassungen und Zeitanalysen durchführen. Dies ist immer dann sinnvoll, wenn ermittelt werden soll, wofür wie viel Zeit verbraucht wurde.
Der Anwendungsbereich von tätigkeitsbezogenen Zeiterfassungen und Zeitanalysen ist sehr vielfältig – Beispiele:
Ein typisches Anwendungsfeld ist die Belastungsanalyse im Rahmen der betrieblichen Gefährdungsbeurteilung – beispielsweise die Dokumentation der Einsätze während der Arbeitsbereitschaft oder im Bereitschaftsdienst, um die Inanspruchnahme-Quote und den Belastungsverlauf zu ermitteln.
Die App kann die Durchführung von Organisationsanalysen unterstützen, um Arbeitsabläufe besser aufeinander abzustimmen.
Beim Projekt-Controlling können die Tätigkeiten der Mitarbeiter für die einzelnen Teilprojekte erfasst und überwacht werden, um den Zeitaufwand für die Teilprojekte zu koordinieren und zu steuern.
Wie ist die App aufgebaut?
Die App Zeitnutzung und Zeitanalyse besteht aus zwei separaten Apps:
Die Admin-App Zeitanalyse wird vom zuständigen Projekt-Koordinator genutzt, um Grundeinstellungen für die tätigkeitsbezogene Zeiterfassung vorzunehmen sowie die erfassten Zeitdaten zu bearbeiten und zu analysieren.
Mit der Admin-App kann die Erfassungs-App individuell konfiguriert werden. Die Admin-App ermöglicht zudem eine Auswertung der erfassten Zeiten in Form von Tabellen oder Graphiken. Gegenüber einer häufig noch verwendeten papiergestützten Aufzeichnung reduziert dies den Analyseaufwand.
Die Erfassungs-App Zeitnutzung wird von allen Projektbeteiligten genutzt, um die Tätigkeiten zu erfassen.
Die Erfassungs-App ist mit Hilfe von Voreinstellungen in der Admin-App auf individuelle Bedürfnisse anpassbar und jeder Nutzer kann sie ganz einfach auf seinem Smartphone installieren. Hier erfasst er mittels Start-/Stop-Knopf die Zeitnutzung nach Einsatzart innerhalb definierter Zeitspannen.
