### 2. Image Viewing and Manipulation
- **Window Width and Level Adjustment**: Adjust image contrast and brightness using sliders or preset modes
- **Preset Modes**: Quickly switch between preset values for different modalities (soft tissue, bone, lungs, brain, etc.)
- **Zoom Function**:
- Mouse wheel zoom (centered on cursor)
- Precise control with zoom sliders and buttons
- Zoom range: 0.1x to 5.0x
- **Panning Function**: Click and drag to pan the image
- **Rotation Function:** 0-360 degree rotation, supports slider and quick rotate button

Complete DICOM metadata categorized display:
- **Patient Information:** Name, ID, Gender, Date of Birth, Age, Weight
- **Examination Information:** Date, Time, UID, Description, Physician, Examination Number
- **Sequence Information:** Date, Time, UID, Serial Number, Description, Modality, Protocol
- **Equipment Information:** Manufacturer, Model, Serial Number, Software Version, Institution
