Description
Home Sweet Hotel is a desktop application that lets you manage different rooms at different properties as short-stay hotel rooms. You can register different properties and create multiple rooms in a property you select. You can set a currency and a per-night price individually for each room. You can overview all reservations on a particular week and see what condition each room is at. Use a free iOS to mobilize a separate team of cleaning staff and receive an update on a room status.

1. Register different properties where to use rooms as short-stay hotel rooms.
2. Create one or more rooms in a property you select.
3. Set a per-night price and a currency individually for each room.
4. Find out at a glance how many reservations a particular guest has made in the past.
5. Select starting a day and the last day of stay with calendar controls, and let the application figure out whether you have selected is available during that span.
6. Search for guests with their last names, first names, countries of origins.
7. See the status (to be repaired, to be cleaned, being cleaned, ready...) of each room where you have a reservation on a particular week.
8. See the status (not arriving, staying, has left...) of each guest with a reservation on a particular week.
9. E-mail your employee regarding a particular reservation.
10. Synchronize property and room records to the iCloud server so that your separate team of clearning staff can update a room status.
11. Generate a revenue sheet to see how much you have earned on each day running home stay rooms.
12. The application supports the fullScreen mode.
13. The application supports the retina screen. (tested with 2014 2.6 GHz 13" MacBook Pro)
14. Languages: English and Japanese only.
15. Application file size: 45.1 MB.
16. The application comes with a built-in 27-page user guide. Click on the button that says 'User’s guide' in the Home screen.

- Limitations -
1. You must have an iCloud account in order to receive a room state update from a separate team of clearning staff you mobilize.
2. The application will remain fully functional for the first week upon first startup. After one week, the application will validate your in-app purchase receipt. You will need a one-time in-app purchase if you continue to use it longer.
