主要功能：
掃描 BLE 裝置： 快速掃描並列出周圍可用的 BLE 裝置，顯示裝置名稱和識別碼 (UUID)。

Whether you are developing new BLE products, troubleshooting existing devices, or simply curious about the BLE signals around you, BLE Tool provides a clear and intuitive interface.
Main Features:
Scan BLE Devices: Quickly scan and list available BLE devices in the vicinity, displaying device names and identifiers (UUIDs).
Device Connection: Select a specific device and establish a connection.
Service Discovery: After a successful connection, automatically discover and list all services offered by the device and their UUIDs.
Characteristic Discovery: For a selected service, further discover all its included characteristics and their UUIDs.
Data Monitoring and Reception:
Click on a characteristic to subscribe to notifications (Set Notify) and receive real-time data from the device.
Received data will be displayed in hexadecimal (Hex) format in a dedicated data window.
A switch allows you to control whether to continuously display the incoming data stream.
The data window retains the latest data records (set to a maximum of 100 entries in the code).
