plsql2pgsql converts Oracle PL/SQL source files into PostgreSQL PL/pgSQL with a single click. Built on a full ANTLR4-based parser that understands the complete Oracle PL/SQL grammar, it handles packages, procedures, functions, triggers, types, sequences, and libraries — not just simple SELECT statements.

1. Select one or more Oracle .sql files.
2. Choose an output folder.
3. Click Convert.
Each output file gets a header comment with the source path and UTC timestamp, making it easy to track what was converted and when.
