Description

SimNet
New  SimNet — Simulator Network Inspector

Inspect every URLSession request from your iOS app while it runs in the Simulator. No proxy, no custom certificates, no extra setup beyond a small snippet in your app.

How it works
Run SimNet on your Mac and add a few lines to your app (wrapped in #if targetEnvironment(simulator)). When you launch the app in the iOS Simulator, it connects to SimNet over the local network. SimNet captures requests from URLSession.shared, ephemeral configs, and most custom URLSession setups—including many popular networking libraries.

What you get
- Live request list — See each request as it happens, with method, URL, and status.
- Request & response bodies — View raw payloads or a JSON tree.
- Headers — Request and response headers in one place.
- Copy as cURL — One click to copy a request as a cURL command for terminal or scripts.
- Multiple clients — Separate tabs per Simulator app so you can debug several projects at once.

Built for Simulator-only
SimNet is designed only for the iOS Simulator. Your release builds stay unchanged; no proxy or cert pinning to manage. Add the connect code, run in Simulator, and inspect traffic. Requires macOS 12+, Xcode, and an iOS app targeting the Simulator with the SimNet connect snippet. See the in-app setup for the exact code.
