Описание
It allows researchers and developers to analyze FASTQ files locally and compute key sequencing quality metrics, including:
• Q30 bases and Q30 percentage
• GC bases and GC percentage
• Read length statistics (minimum, maximum, mean)
• Optional exact duplicate detection
All processing is performed locally on your Mac.
No data is uploaded, transmitted, or shared.
Supported input formats:
• .fastq / .fq
• .fastq.gz / .fq.gz (gzip streaming decompression)
UltraQ30 generates:
• one TSV result file per input FASTQ file
• one summary TSV file aggregating all results
UltraQ30 is intended for research, development, and educational use.
It does not provide medical, diagnostic, or clinical interpretations.
