ENGLISH FOR KIDS is a computer game program designed for pleasant and effective learning of letters and the English language.

The program is intended for children in preschool and early school age.
Thanks to the program, the child learns letters, recognizes them or consolidates their knowledge. Knowing the letters, he combines them into syllables and then into words, thus preparing to learn to read fluently.
Speech therapy
The program also perfectly influences the proper development of the child's speech, therefore it is recommended as a supplement to speech therapy.
TRAINING EFFECTS with the ENGLISH FOR KIDS program:
- correct pronunciation of letters and words in English,
- knowledge of letters,
- preparation for learning fluent reading,
- improvement of visual and auditory memory,
- improving concentration and auditory attention,
- an exercise in auditory analysis and synthesis, which is the basis of writing and reading skills.

SHAPING HEARING ATTENTION
An ambient sound distractor is an application of background sounds. The program uses sounds from the environment that imitate naturally occurring noises such as: street noise, sounds of conversations, nature. Often in children there is auditory hypersensitivity, which is expressed in the fact that the child often clogs the ears, feels uncomfortable in places where there are many sounds at once.
Often children have a problem with focusing on what is being said to them, they need to repeat the command several times. The sound distractor teaches you to focus on important information, ignoring irrelevant sounds from the environment. The aim is to shape attention and concentration, resistance to distraction by applying the power of a sound distractor, adaptively adjusting to the child's abilities. This feature contributes to the normalization of auditory sensitivity. If there are difficulties with the task, the power of the distractor decreases, and if the correct answers are given, its power increases.
SUPPORT FOR SPEECH THERAPY
The program in this series is a selection of educational games that motivate you to learn English.
Thanks to our application, the child learns the correct spelling and pronunciation of English words in the field of TDPB consonants.
The application consists of exercises that support the proper development of speech and communication and prepare for learning to read and write in English.
Thanks to our application, the child will learn to recognize English vowels, how to pronounce them and combine sounds with other letters, creating syllables and then words in English.
The program is structured in such a way that it includes games that are divided into learning and a test to check the ability to apply the acquired knowledge.
The application offers a wide range of interactive games. The child scores points and praise for carrying out tasks, which arouses interest among children and develops their skills.
The program is the result of many years of work and experience created by Aneta Pakiela, a neurologist, surdologopedist, pedagogue, PhD student at the Medical University of Warsaw.
