1. Three Guided Meditations (15 minutes each)
Each meditation is a complete energetic journey, recorded with a calm and soothing voice, supported by a soft OM background sound to help realign your nervous system and quiet the mind.
Special Note: The OM background was recorded live during my second teaching tour in Finland/Lapland (2023), capturing the vibration of a deep and authentic group meditation experience.

2. Kriya Yoga Chakra Activation (30 minutes)
A sacred practice rooted in the ancient teachings of Babaji and Paramahansa Yogananda, recorded and guided with care and precision.
This session includes:
108 OM chakra activations, following the precise Kriya sequence — awakening your energetic centers from the root to the crown and back.
Guided rhythmic breathing and focused attention into each chakra — activating your subtle energy body.
A deep silent phase following the Kriya practice — allowing you to enter stillness, feel the expansion of your inner space, and rest in the presence of your own soul.
This is a transformative spiritual experience — not just a technique — inviting profound alignment, clarity, and upliftment.

The background OM track was recorded during a teaching tour in Finland in 2023 and brings authentic resonance to the experience.
